If we messed up on your Order send it back for a full no drama refund.   

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a link to be able to upload your design.
We offer a text option within the design center for you to be able to personalize your design.
No, we do not offer samples.  We do send you a proof to approve before your order goes into production.
Once your order is placed, the proof process takes 24 hours or less.  When your proof is approved by 5 pm EST, your order should print and ship the next business day.
The red line is just a guide line for printing and will not appear on your finished product.
When placing your new order, you will have the option to reorder a previous design.
We are sorry but we do not do any design work.
Each design has to be its own order.
The price is the same whether you have a black and white design or a design with colors.
We do not offer rush processing. Please purchase expedited shipping at checkout if you need your order rushed.

Yes, you can add UPS shipping when you checkout.
We have no control over USPS or UPS.   Once we have shipped your order, it is out of our hands.  
You can update your shipping address in your account.  If the order has already gone into production or been mailed, there is nothing we can do about it.  You would need to place a new order with the correct address.
Our minimum order for stickers is a quantity of 10.

No, all of our stickers are made using a weatherproof vinyl.
Any orders deemed to have a copyright issue will be cancelled and fully refunded.

No, once the image is approved by you we can no longer make changes to it.  It has gone into the production line and we can't stop the printing at that point.  Please review your proof carefully before you approve it!
To avoid this issue, please make sure your design is a minimum of 300 DPI.  Minimum Resolution for each Label Size:1" Circle Label should be at least 300x300 pixels.2" Circle Label should be at least 600x600 pixels.3" Circle Label should be at least 900x900 pixels.4" Circle Label should be at least 1200x1200 pixels
Our circle roll labels have a minimum quantity of 50.

We do not offer exchanges.
Since every order is 100% custom, we do not allow returns for reasons unrelated to quality. For example, we will not refund or reproduce your order if you decide you do not want it, ordered the wrong size, damaged in shipping or prefer a different product.
If you receive your order and it has any quality issues, you must send us a picture of the problem within 72 hours. 
No cancellations are allowed once your proof is approved.
